Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Top 16 finalist Sandra Lemonon is currently being rumored dating Sol Mercado, a basketball player and ex-boyfriend of Denise Laurel.
It can be recalled that she made headlines following her statement involving the defunct pageant amid its grand coronation.
She claims of alleged fraud during the competition.
As a result, Rabiya Mateo’s victory was tarnished. She was even accused of Miss Universe Philippines 2021 representative of bringing her own glam team, which is strictly forbidden.
Aside from that, the Iloilo-based beauty queen was accused that she already heard the question in the question-and-answer portion of the pageant.
But Rabiya strongly denied such allegations.
Meanwhile, Sandra Lemonon is currently making a buzz online after photos of her alongside Sol Mercado surfaced online.
It appeared that the two went together for an outing with their friends.
While the two are yet to reveal the real score between them, many claimed that they are indeed dating as per photos of them together.
Sol Mercado, a point guard/shooting guard of Barangay Ginebra San Miguel is previously engaged to actress Denise Laurel.
However, on October 20, 2016, a day after Ginebra won their first title after 8 years, Denise Laurel announced through her Instagram account that they have ended their relationship.
