The burglar suspect has been detained at the Houghton County Jail over charges of home invasion and felonious assault. The police authorities also seized the firearm used by the suspect for the crime.

The cops believe that the culprit already knew the homeowner before breaking into his home to perform his illegal activity. However, it was still unknown if the victim was able to recover the stolen cat.

The police authorities withhold the suspect’s name but revealed that he only lives from a nearby village. The cops continue to conduct further investigation to resolve the case.
