Former “Pinoy Big Brother” housemates Karina Bautista and Aljon Mendoza recently shared their advice for those who wanted to join showbiz.
During the “Bida Star” press conference held last February 16, 2021, returning “Bida Star Gandang Naturally Fresh” host Aljon said that aspiring stars should keep striving and not be satisfied with what they can do.
“Kaya maniwala ka lagi sa sarili mo. At siyempre huwag ka mawalan ng pag-asa fighting. At huwag mo sayangin yung talent mo. If ever gusto mo mag-audition, if ever gusto mo ma-enhance yung talent mo, go. Huwag mo hayaang masayang nag talent mo,” Aljon said.

Fellow returning “Bida Star Gandang Naturally Fresh” host Karina gave more introspective advice to aspiring stars based on her own experience.
According to her, there would be a new set of people whose movements were different — different from what they’re used to — and the more it entered their brain then they’ll be very nervous, anxious, and conscious as well.
“The bashers are there but the supporters are there. Supporters can turn into bashers, bashers can turn into supporters, so ang daming puwedeng mangyari. So it’s really nasa loob mo to stay strong and continue to be your best, to do your work regardless kung ano ang sabihin ng ibang tao,” Karina said.
Meanwhile, #KarJon (Aljon and Karina) were set to return as hosts for “Bida Star Gandang Naturally Fresh” together with #AshTan (Ashley Del Mundo and Tan Roncal).
