Gretchen Ho on ABS-CBN: “I have nothing but gratitude for the network”
Gretchen Ho speaks about her former network ABS-CBN after transferring to TV5.
According to Gretchen Ho, she is very grateful for what Kapamilya Network has done for her and for what she has learned there as an anchor and host.
During a virtual presscon, she also shared how she felt after leaving ABS-CBN which been her home as an artist for 7-8 years.
“I have nothing but gratitude for the network that helped our sport grow leaps and bounds, in the same way that they have helped me grow from being an athlete, to being a host, to being a news person,” she said.
From being a volleyball player, ABS-CBN gave Gretchen Ho a break in the broadcasting field. But she also said she needs to grow and follow what she calls her “personal calling.”
Gretchen Ho hopes that she can still work on ABS-CBN even though she has a contract with TV5 especially now that the two stations have “merging”.
“Malay n’yo sa ASAP, puwede akong mag-guest do’n,” she quipped
ASAP Natin ‘To also premieres on TV5 every Sunday at 12 noon.
She also said that she is ready to work with ex-boyfriend Robi Domingo.
