Kind Policeman Earns Praises Online After Helping Pregnant Woman to Give Birth at Home
A kind policeman helped a pregnant woman to give birth at her home during the celebration of New Year’s Day.
The helpful cop identifiedas Zach Hall from Agawam, Massachusetts, USA responded to a call for a pregnant lady who is in labor during that time. He did not hesitate to help the woman amid the holiday celebration.
The Agawam Police Department said that the incident happened around 2:45 a.m. on January 1, 2021. He did not feel nervous upon arriving at the house although he knows that he would help the woman to deliver its baby.
Hall even saw the woman’s husband running out of the house to ask for help. Eventually, the pregnant mom successfully gives birth to a baby girl named “Sophia” with the help of police officer.
“I feel proud and lucky that I had the opportunity to help this family and their beautiful new baby, It’s not something many police officers witness,” Hall said.
Hall’s wife policewoman Melissa also expressed her pride for her husband who did not hesitate to help other people in times of need. The cop also praised the parents for being brave despite the situation.
