Sunshine Dizon: “Lead by example po kasi sana.”
Kapuso actress Sunshine Dizon chides the government’s justification on the smuggled vaccine against the dreaded COVID-19.
The Presidential Security Group (PSG) was under fire after it claimed the inoculation of the unauthorized COVID-19 vaccine.
Although it has taken full responsibility for administering the COVID vaccine among its personnel, it will still face legal repercussions.
The use of the unauthorized vaccine is currently making the rounds online.
Among those who earlier reacted following the statement of Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana who confirmed that it was smuggled was actress Sunshine Dizon.
“Tapos sasabihin pasaway ang mga pinoy, paano yung mismo sa taas ugaling kung makaka lusot. Lead by example po kasi sana,” she noted in a comment.
Meanwhile, according to the Bureau of Customs, there was no record of the imported vaccines entering the country. This means those who involved in the smuggling of the vaccine may face charges.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) also noted it is yet to authorize the use of any COVID-19 vaccine in the Philippines.
