Was there something between Kyla and Jay-R in the past?
RnB Queen and King of the Philippines, Kyla and Jay-R are currently being rumored that they had a real-life relationship in the past.
Earlier, the two singers reunited after six years for a song titled “Undeniable” which is about two friends who never got the chance to show their feelings for each other.
Following the release of their reunion single, assumptions about the two surfaced.
When asked if there was something between them in the past, Jay-R said, “Kaya nga namin ginawa itong kanta, e, dahil sa question na iyan, e!”
On the other hand, Kyla said, “Exactly, kaya namin naisipang gawin itong kanta na ito dahil parating may nagtatanong kung naging kami ba.”
She also cited others who are assuming that they had a real-life romance in the past.
Kyla and Jay-R also shared the reason why they ended up writing the song.
“Kaya ginawa namin itong song na ito para kiligin naman sila. At least in their dreams, meron silang something na kikiligin sila,” Kyla said.
But in their interview with PEP.ph, Jay-R revealed that he had a crush on Kyla at one point.
Kyla for her part admitted that “kinikilig ako dati kay Jay-R.”
