After renewing his contract with GMA Artist Center, “Pambansang Abs” Jak Roberto had recently recalled his biggest break as a Kapuso.
It was last Friday when Jak had visited GMA Network Center to sign the renewal of his management contract with GMA Artist Center.
GMA Entertainment reported that Jak told GMA Network in an exclusive Kapuso Showbiz News interview that he’s very thankful that he’s given the chance to join the network, be given an exposure to the network, and be known as Jak Roberto today.
Jak said that it made him proud to be a Kapuso — that he’s in a network that gave fun to Filipinos and helped during the pandemic and disasters.
He also shared about what he considered a big break in GMA Network during his more than six years as a Kapuso.
According to him, what he considered to be his first big break was to be one of the leading men of Barbie Forteza in “Meant To Be” because he saw his face at the billboard for the first time.
“Nakailang daan ata ako sa kalsada na kita ‘yung billboard namin para talagang, grabe sobrang thankful ako. ‘Yun ‘yung kino-consider ko na big break plus bonus pa na nag-rate talaga at nagustuhan ng mga tao,” Jak said.
