Dennis Padilla Wishes He’s Multi-Millionaire for Kids w/ Marjorie Barretto
DENNIS PADILLA – The Comedian spoke on his financial status during his split with his ex-wife, Marjorie Barretto.
It was in 1997 when Marjorie Barretto and Dennis Padilla married each other. Their marriage was blessed with three children – Julia Barretto, Claudia Barretto, and Leon Barretto.
Dennis is an actor-comedian. He also spent several years in public service – being a Caloocan City councilor from 2001 to 2007.
However, in 2007, a lot of people were saddened by the split of Dennis and Marjorie. Their three children remained with the actress.
Recently, Dennis and her eldest daughter, Julia, had an accidental encounter as artists of Viva. Based on a report on Pep, the celebrity father and daughter have not seen each other for almost a year.

Dennis admitted that he was emotional upon seeing Julia again. Thought it was not visible on his face when he visited them in their taping site, tears fell when he was on his way back to the building.
Speaking to DZRH, Dennis Padilla then revealed that it is his wish that he was a multi-millionaire when his children were still kids. He admitted that during his separation with Marjorie Barretto, he was also financially down then.
“Talagang wala rin ako gaanong hanapbuhay nun, e, nung naghiwalay kami ni Marjorie,” the comedian said.
Based on the article, Dennis Padilla wished that if he was a multi-millionaire, he was able to provide the needs of his children. According to him, when Julia and her siblings were still small, there were times when it was okay with him that they could not spend a night in his house because their mother’s home is more comfortable.
“Kasi, yung comfort na mabibigay nung bahay nila nung time na yun, mas comfortable talaga kesa dun sa bahay ko. So, okay na rin,” Dennis said.
