Former Miss Philippines Earth titleholder Imelda Schweighart will be filing a case under Cybercrime Law against her bashers over her K-pop issue.

Recently, the 22-year-old beauty queen took to the social-networking site, Facebook wherein she expressed her frustration against Koreans especially K-pop.

In her first post, she noted: “I hate kpop.”

She then claimed that “Filipinos are losing their identity trying to be koreans. Konting, pride please?”

In the later part of her post, she stressed that “Di hamak na mas magaling namang mag-English mga Pinoy kesa Korean. Kala ko ba Chinese nananakop? I think we’re getting it wrong. Lagi na lang tayong sinasakop.”

Her hate post immediately spread like a wildfire garnering reactions and mean comments from the netizens.

Her Facebook account has been disabled most probably after a massive report from the netizens.

Meanwhile, Imelda Schweighart took to the image-sharing platform, Instagram wherein she noted that she’s planning to file a case against her bashers.

“I have been listing names after consulting to my lawyer. Im filing a case against every single person who has been messaging me under RA 10175 Cybercrime Law,” she noted.

She has given at least a day for her bashers to remove their rude messages before she decides to sue them.
