In the video, it can be seen that the car driver is slowly turning left when an irresponsible motorcycle rider hits the vehicle. However, the motorist ignores the incident and even tried to run away.
The driver honk its horn and tried to chase the motorcycle rider who is already running away from his responsibilities and liabilities. The motorist kept on driving and neglected the driver who is chasing him for confrontation.
