Employees Setting Up Giant Christmas Tree at Araneta Center in Quezon City Elicit Comments
Several employees have already set up a giant Christmas Tree at the Araneta Center in Quezon City for the upcoming Christmas season.
Earlier this week, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) relaxed several control measures being implemented at malls, shopping, and commercial centers. The move aims to allow more customers to visit shopping malls.
DTI also allows business establishments to set air-conditioning temperature below 24 degrees Celsius and allow shopping malls to hold promo and sale events. Free WiFi services are also allowed to attract more customers.
On Saturday (October 24, 2020), the Facebook page “Philippine Star” has shared the photos of some workers arranging a huge Christmas tree in Quezon City. The photos garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the photos, it can be seen that the excited employees are working hard to set and arrange the decorations. The huge Christmas tree has been placed in preparation for the upcoming Yuletide season.
