Laptop package from Manila Mayor Isko Moreno
A teacher from Manila was happy to share on the social networking site, Facebook that he has received the laptop which was promised by Mayor Isko Moreno.
Recently, the city of Manila thru the office of Mayor Isko Moreno pledge to give free laptops to teachers as well as students to aid them amid online learning.
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, face-to-face classes have been suspended and schools are now implementing blended learning methods – or a combination of offline and online learning – to prevent the spread of the dreaded disease.
To aid the needy students, several personalities have organized giving of gadgets for free that will surely help the online class students.
Last month, Heart Evangelista gave tablets to deserving online class students, and recently, the Queen of All Media Kris Aquino gave free laptops.
Meanwhile, a certain Ireneo Deapera Paguyo, a secondary teacher from the city of Manila went to Facebook wherein he posted the laptop he received from the incumbent mayor of the country’s capital.
Aside from the laptop, teacher Paguyo received wifi with monthly load and wireless mouse.
The gadgets will aid him in conducting online classes for his students.
His post was then flooded with “sana all” comments from the netizens.
