A Facebook user named Jefferson Conejos has shared the video footage of a motorist and its backrider who were not wearing crash helmets while traveling in an expressway. The video garnered various reactions from the netizens.
In the video, it can be seen that the two guys riding on a motorcycle were not wearing helmets. Based on the conversation of the vehicle driver and its colleague, the motorist is driving a Honda beat.
The incident has been taken at Cavitex Express Road. The video uploader also wondered how those hard-headed guys managed to enter the toll gate without a helmet.
After a few moments, the security personnel of the express road chased and apprehended the motorist and the back rider for committing a traffic violation. However, the ‘pasaway’ motorist still tried to run away but the authorities were able to trap them.
