In an interview with GMANetwork.com, Heart shared her reason why Filipinas should love themselves more, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to Heart, a lot of women went through so much with their personal life, with their careers, and then with the COVID-19 pandemic.
Heart also said that sometimes it felt impossible, yet sometimes women just have to tap themselves on the back for all the hard work they’re doing and they have done in the past.
With this, Heart encouraged all women to make self-care a “priority” during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“You really have to feel good inside. You have to appreciate yourself and love yourself a little more”, Heart said.
