‘Ukay-ukay’ tips from Heart Evangelista
Actress Heart Evangelista, whose being dubbed by bestselling author Kevin Kwan as the Real Crazy Rich Asian, shared some tips in “ukay-ukay.”
In an interview, the 35-year-old actress host gave some tips to shoppers in an ukay-ukay spree.
“No, not at all. Even watches, when I buy watches especially if it’s a limited-edition watch, I get it second-hand. I like to go to vintage stores and buy vintage jackets from Chanel that’s second hand,” she said.
According to the Paris Fashion Week front-row celebrity, you have to be “practical and smart” even just by doing a simple ukay-ukay shopping.
Since she started ukay-ukay shopping in Baguio, she has been into different places locally and abroad just to find some vintage yet classy clothing.
