Chito Miranda ‘Birthday Song’ For Neri Naig Now Out On Spotify, Releases Lyric Video

Chito Miranda uploaded the lyric video of “Smile” on his YouTube channel and released his “birthday song” on Spotify.

Chito Miranda announced that his song “Smile” — the title of his “birthday song” for Neri Naig — was already available on Spotify.

This, as Chito uploaded the lyric video of “Smile” on his YouTube channel last Thursday and released his track on Spotify last Friday.

In his Instagram post, Chito said that he made a lyric video for “Smile” — a song that he wrote for his wife that served as a background track for his slideshow.

However, Chito said on Thursday that the said track was “not an official single” as it was simply a song that he wrote for his wife on her birthday.

Chito added said that he decided to upload a lyric video of his song on YouTube and release it on Spotify as well. In that way, a lot of people could enjoy his track by listening to it or singing along with the lyrics.

Also, Chito said that the said track wasn’t “copyright protected” since his “birthday song” hasn’t been signed up as an official song under Universal Records yet.

Chito added that listeners could use his track as background music for their slideshow or as background music for their wedding video. Moreover, Chito said that his supporters and fans were allowed to make a cover version of his track.

“Please feel free to download it, and use it as if it were yours“, Chito said.

[UPDATE] Universal Records on Saturday posted on Twitter saying that Chito’s track was already available on YouTube Music, iTunes, Amazon, Apple Music, and Deezer as well.
