Aiko Melendez shared this intense scene she had with Maja Salvador

Actresses Aiko Melendez and Maja Salvador had an intense scene while they were doing the defunct Kapamilya series Wildflower.

In the said series, Aiko was playing the character of Gov. Emilia Ardiente-Torrilo while Maja played the roles of Ivy Aguas and Lily Cruz-Torillo.

During the recent The Reunion of 4 Witches vlog of Aiko, her guest were Maja Salvador, Sunshine Cruz, and Roxanne Barcelo.

Aiko shared that she commends the hard work of Maja for the teleserye, based on the article from Bandera. It is because the younger actress did not want to have a double even though the scene is difficult.

It was also said that Maja was so determine to finish the scenes even though she was already so tired. This good words of Aiko Melendez to her fellow actress was paid when the latter shared this story.

Maja said, “Oy hindi lang ako, dumudugo na ang mata mo, ayaw mo pang i-pack up, eh. Kasi natusok mo ako ng kuko, pero doon tayo naging close ‘no? Aksidente naman ‘yun na natusok mo ang mata ko.”

Then, Aiko elaborated that the incident happened during an intense cake scene. “Kasi mahaba ‘yung kuko niya, muntik na niya akong mabulag kaya hindi kita makakalimutan, Maja, eh,” she shared.

Aiko added that the reason why she did not want to repeat the scene because she was thinking that her other eye would get hurt also.

Meanwhile, Aiko Melendez also revealed that Maja Salvador served as her fashion consultant during their Wildflower tapings. The younger actress would suggest what was the wardrobe appropriate for the scene and if it looked good.

“Ano ‘yan si Maja fashion police kunyari pangit ‘yung damit na suot ko, ‘ate Aiko palitan mo ‘yang suot mo kasi ang taba mo diyan’ e, di ba kasi ang taba ko naman din naman,” Aiko said.
