Update on health condition of Senator Bong Revilla
Lani Mercado Revilla gave an update on the pressing condition of her husband-Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr.
On Tuesday, August 18, Senator Bong Revilla was rushed to a hospital after developing Pneumonia.
Bong Revilla was initially placed in a quarantine facility after contracting the dreaded Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).
But his latest X-ray showed that he developed pneumonia and the regular COVID-19 facility is no longer suited for him.
Meanwhile, Lani Mercado, the wife of actor-turned-politician Bong Revilla, who is now the mayor of Bacoor in Cavite, took to the social networking site, Facebook to give updates on the health status of her husband.
“Salamat po sa lahat ng inyong mga dasal. Bumubuti ang lagay ng aking asawa. He still has pneumonia. He occasionally coughs when he talks and still needs to rest. Please continue to pray for him. He still has to continue taking his meds and antibiotics.Thanks to all of his doctors and nurses. Tuloy pa rin ang Laban natin. We (heart emoticon) you Papa!!!”
Lani Mercado’s post was then flooded with the messages of concern to the incumbent senator.
