The courtship between Pia Wurtzbach and Jeremy Jauncey
Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach revealed how boyfriend Beautiful Destinations CEO Jeremy Jauncey courted her.
Pia and Jeremy confirmed their relationship early this month. However, late last year, rumors linking them already circulated. Amid the pandemic, the couple finally shared their love story.
During a recent guesting on ABS-CBNâs Magandang Buhay, Pia was asked about the courtship that happened between them. She said that she explained to Jeremy how a man should court a Filipina.
âBaka kasi matawa kayo at hindi kayo maniwala pero medyo old school kasi ako. In-explain ko sa kanya na sa Pilipinas sa culture natin ay mayroong courtship. In-explain ko sa kanya âyon at sobrang game naman siya. Game siya at ni-respect naman niya âyon. So nag-take kami ng time na magkakilala kami,â the beauty queen shared.
She added that even though there are stuff that she didnât explain to Jeremy but the latter still knows about. Pia said that her boyfriend might have asked about those things from his Filipino friends.

The beauty queen also said that her boyfriend respected the culture in the Philippines even though he grew in Western culture. âWith him, he was very respectful and he waited. And then, naghintay siya ng right moment to ask,â Pia Wurtzbach said.
Being serious when it comes to relationship, the crowned Miss Universe shared that she hopes that Jeremy is the one. She is also glad that her love life bloomed this year despite the pandemic.
Also, despite the pandemic and postponed plans to meet up with her boyfriend, her heart feels complete. Pia Wurtzbach said that she and Jeremy Jauncey are, sort of, doing their dates online in the meantime.
The beauty queen also shared that she learned a lot from her boyfriend who she considers as her partner.
