According to the said memo, the university’s tuition and other fees for the next school year will be reviewed in light of the “new normal”, adding that there’s a possibility of implementing its online learning in the first semester of A.Y. 2020-2021.

In terms of overdue accounts in the second semester of A.Y. 2019-2020, according to the said memorandum, students can still be able to settle their remaining installments until December 2020. Also, students may still be able to enroll for the next academic year even if they had unsettled accounts.

When it comes to unused fees and other fees, as per the report, the unused fees for the current academic year — such as field trips or retreats — will be fully reimbursed, while the other fees will be reimbursed to up to 50%.

The said announcement came as the enhanced community quarantine was implemented in Metro Manila in order to prevent the further spread of COVID-19 or coronavirus disease 2019.

As of 4:00 p.m. of May 6, 2020, the Department of Health reported 320 new cases of COVID-19, 98 new recoveries, and 21 new coronavirus deaths, bringing the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases to 10,004, with 1,506 total recoveries and 658 total fatalities.
