The year 2020 came along with a huge challenge for more than 200 countries and territories across the globe – the coronavirus or COVID-19 pandemic. Several nations had to close their borders in the effort to curb the spread of the disease.
Way back in December 2019, there were reports about a “mysterious disease” in China. It has infected a lot of people in the city of Wuhan in Hubei province. The said city was locked for more than two (2) months.

In January 2020, many countries reported their first cases of coronavirus. The World Health Organization (WHO) then named it COVID-19.
United States is one of the countries with confirmed cases of coronavirus. President Donald Trump has previously declared a national emergency following the increasing cases of the disease.
