France Records Over 1,300 Deaths Due To COVID-19 In Just 24 Hours

France COVID-19 Death Toll Jumps by Over 1,300

FRANCE – The authorities in the country recorded over 1,300 deaths due to COVID-19 in just 24 hours.

Currently, a huge challenge is on the surface – to contain the spread of coronavirus or the COVID-19 which is present in several countries now. Globally, the coronavirus cases has exceeded one (1) million.

It was in China in December 2019 when the said new strain of coronavirus was first recorded. It caused an outbreak in Wuhan which was under a lockdown for several weeks.

Over 33,000 people died in China, the first epicenter of the disease, while more than 81,000 were infected. Currently, the Chinese community is already recovering from the disease.

Sadly, several other countries were severely hit coronavirus. Italy lost over 13,000 of its people and Spain 10,000 due to COVID-19.

Recently, another country experienced a heartbreaking day. Based on a global tally of Worldometer, in just 24 hours, France recorded 1,355 coronavirus deaths.

The recent huge addition brings the total death toll to 5,387. Over 2,000 new cases were recorded bringing the total to 59,105.
