Last year, the celebrity couple announced their engagement that brought excitement to their fans, friends, and loved ones. Early this year, Angel shared in the previous article that they will concentrate on preparing for their wedding.
It was said that their initial plan for their wedding date is in the first quarter of 2020. However, an unexpected health crisis strikes the country. Now that there is a COVID-19 outbreak in the Philippines, what will happen to the wedding plans of Angel and Neil?
Based on the article from Bandera, the actress and the film producer are now setting aside their initial plans. “Bahala na ang Diyos. Need kong unahin ang mga nangangailangan,” she said.
It is known to many that Angel Locsin is also known as a philanthropist for all her charitable endeavors. She is one of the celebrities who are active in helping people who are affected by the current health crisis.
When asked about her family who is now in Quezon City while she is at the Bonifacio Global City amid the community quarantine, Angel said, “Hindi kasi ako puwedeng umuwi doon, kasi si daddy matanda na, prone na ‘yun baka mahawa, e, lagi akong nasa labas.”
She added that she felt envy when she saw the photo of her family having dinner together. Meanwhile, the actress shared that she and Neil are being careful when they go out for their relief operations.
“Okay naman kami, lagi naman nakaalalay sa akin si Neil kapag alam niyang ano (masama na ang pakiramdam), hinihila na niya ako,” she shared.
Angel Locsin jokingly said that if she only that the health crisis will happen, she should have signed a contract again with ABS-CBN so that she will have more money for the relief operations.
