According to the mayor of Seoul in South Korea, at least 93 people have tested positive for coronavirus disease or COVID-19.
This, as people who have tested positive for COVID-19 were linked to a call center based in the capital city of South Korea. The said case, as reported by ALLKPOP, was the largest outbreak in the Seoul Metropolitan Area in South Korea.
This prompted the city mayor to encourage managers of other call centers to “let employees work from home and stay in self-quarantine” as this case was the “most dangerous one” not only for people inside the infected facility but also for those working and living in an area nearby call center facilities.
Also, the city mayor wanted to temporarily close all internet cafes and karaoke bars in order not to spread the disease. As of this writing, the coronavirus disease or COVID-19 killed 66 people and infected over 7,800.
