Students Dance ‘Tala’ As Penalty For Coming Late In School

A certain video caught the attention of the netizens when students danced Sarah Geronimo’s “Tala” as one of their punishments for coming late in school.

This, as the first Monday of February has started, and students who have 8:00 a.m. class were obliged to attend the flag ceremony.

In a Facebook post from Dyan Reii Varona, latecomers from the maritime school in Bacolod City fell in line in front of Masashi Taga Hall to have their flag ceremony again.

In his video, the maritime and non-maritime students started dancing Sarah Geronimo’s “Tala” as part of their punishments for coming late in class and for not attending the flag ceremony as well.

The said video already reached more than 10,000 views and more than 500 shares as of this writing. Also, his post already has more than 270 reactions.
