Actress/model Sarah Lahbati revealed that she still discovered things about her fiance actor Richard Gutierrez during their wedding preparations.
Sarah and Richard have been together for several years now and they are blessed with two handsome sons, Zion and Kai. Despite the fact that they spent many years together, the actress said that she still discovered things about her partner.
During a recent guesting on the Kapamilya morning talk show, Sarah said that when they are doing their preparations for their wedding, she thought that Richard would just be nonchalant about this.
“Noong bago kami pumasok sa planning at saka sa pag-organize the wedding, akala ko kasi, ito yung typical na akala natin na ang babae lahat ang gagawa,” she shared. With this, she expected that she will do all the planning and organizing for their big day.
However, Sarah Lahbati shared that Richard Gutierrez is very hands-on when it comes to their wedding preparations. Apparently, that surprised her in a good way. Aside from that, the actress also shared that her soon-to-be husband always replies to messages in their group chat.
“Sa mga kailangang ayusin, lagi, hands-on siya,” Sarah added. In line with this, Richard said that he is doing that to help his fiancee because he does not want her to be “bridezilla”. “‘Pag may chance ako na makapag-contribute sa mga planning, I tried to help you out,” the actor shared, during the interview.
Meanwhile, the couple is dedicating their wedding to their sons. Richards said that Zion has already practiced being a ring bearer at several weddings and he is already a pro when it comes to this. The actor added that it is a good thing that their older son will be the guide of Kai as they walk down the aisle.
