How true is it that Myrtle Sarrosa is set to transfer to GMA after being an ABS-CBN talent for several years?
Cosplayer-actress Myrtle Sarrosa allegedly transfers to GMA amid the ABS-CBN franchise issue.
Myrtle has been under the Kapamilya network since the time she joined reality show Pinoy Big Brother back in 2012. She won the Teen Edition of the said show. After almost 8 years, rumors surfaced that she is going to transfer to the Kapuso network.
The rumors circulated amid the current issue concerning the franchise renewal of ABS-CBN. However, when asked about this during a media conference for her endorsement, she chose not to answer the question directly.
“Paano ko ba sasagutin yan? Basta magkakaroon po ng formal announcement about that. And I feel really blessed this year dahil maraming mangyayari as far as my career is concerned,” she said.
She added that she will be doing two confirmed movies and TV shows. Myrtle also said that she hopes to have more TV appearances this year. She has no regular show in the Kapamilya network for quite some time now.
Then, she got asked if who is the Kapuso star she dreams to work with. Without hesitation, the actress/cosplayer mentioned the name of Pambansang Bae Alden Richards. “Kasi pareho kaming gamer, we both play Ragnarok so, yun. Ha-hahaha! Kinakabahan talaga ako sa mga ganyang tanong!” she said with jest.
Based on the article from Bandera, although she is not visible now on TV, Myrtle Sarrosa is busy visiting schools for the product is she endorsing. Through the advocacy/campaign of “Sisters’ School is Cool” of Megasoft Sisters Sanitary Napkin, she is able to help students when it comes to proper hygiene, self-care, and other issues concerning the youth.
