Tribute of Vanessa Bryant, Wife of Kobe Bryant, for Daughter ‘Gianna’
KOBE BRYANT – Vanessa Bryant paid an emotional tribute for their daughter Gianna Bryant.
Last January 27, a report left countless hearts broken most especially those who are basketball fanatics. Kobe Bryant died in a helicopter crash together with his daughter, Gianna.
Kobe and Gianna were supposedly off for her event. Just like her father, the 13-year-old is into basketball and is determined to keep the legacy of the Black Mamba in the basketball arena.
Gianna is the second daughter of Kobe Bryant and his wife, Vanessa. They have four (4) beautiful daughters – Natalia, Gianna, Bianca, and Capri.
The death of Kobe and Gianna brought so much grief to the basketball field and to the world. The NBA legend is greatly loved by people and as well as his daughter, the Mambacita.
Recently, a video of Kobe Bryant’s wife Vanessa emotionally paying tribute for their daughter, Gianna, went viral on the social media. The video of the tribute was posted by NBA TV on Facebook.
In her tribute, Vanessa was emotional as she remembered the good morning and good night kisses from Gianna which she really cherish. She recalled how much her daughter loves basketball and baking. She has even baked a cake for Kobe.
Vanessa expressed that Gianna was a daddy’s girl but she never fails to make her mother feel loved. She would kiss her goodbye before leaving for school even when she is asleep.
“She always kept her family together. She loves family traditions… Gigi always looked out for everyone,” the emotional mother said.
Based on the video, people were also in tears as they listen for Kobe Bryant’s wife’s tribute for Gianna. She stressed how she will missed a lot of things because their daughter is gone.
“We will not be able to see Gigi go to high school with Natalia and ask her how her day went… I won’t be able to tell how gorgeous she looks on her wedding day… Have a father-daughter dance with her daddy, dance on a dance floor with me or have babies of her own… Gigi would have most likely become the best player in the WNBA,” she said.
The people reacted after Vanessa said that Gigi would have become the best WNBA player. Based on the video, the widow of Kobe Bryant ended her tribute for their daughter with these heart-melting words:
“I cannot imagine life without her. Mommy, Natalia, Bianca, Capri, and daddy love you so much Gigi. I will miss your sweet handmade cards, your sweet kisses, and your gorgeous smile. I miss you, all of you, everyday. I love you.”
