A certain video went viral when a maritime student from Negros Occidental admires Manila citizens because they knew his origin without speaking his dialect.

While having a navigational trip along with other maritime students, Kyle Labansawan posted a video on his Facebook account as he shared his experience while he’s in Manila. He said that he admired the citizens of Manila because they knew his origin without speaking his dialect, which was Ilonggo.

He then started asking himself, “Paano nila nalaman na Ilonggo ako?“, knowing that his tone was in Ilonggo while speaking Filipino dialect.

His video already reached more than 1,200 shares and hundreds of comments as of this writing. Also, his video already reached more than 23,000 views and more than 800 reactions.

Kyle, a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation student of VMA Global College and Training Centers Incorporated, was one of the students who had their navigational trip with 2GO.
