Fliptop battle emcees went emotional when these rappers pay tribute to the late rapper, Lil John, on the second day of Ahon 10.
This, after Shernan, M Zhayt, Pistolero, Lhipkram, and Romano went on a Royal Rumble as part of FlipTop’s promotional event at TIU Theater in Makati City.
For the first two rounds, the flow of their battle against each other went normal. Yet for the third round, they’re getting emotional while delivering their verses.
Before Shernan started his first round, he confronted Tweng during their battle as he expressed his sentiments regarding Tweng’s bad note on Lil John.
At the start of the third round, these battle emcees went emotional when they started sharing their own sentiments as they paid tribute to the late rapper.
Romano’s verses were about Lil John’s achievements in the rap battle; Shernan’s verses were about his relationship with the late rapper; M Zhayt’s verses were about supporting his career when he was alive; Lhipkram’s verses were about remembering his existence; and Pistolero’s verses were about expressing his anger towards Lil John’s bashers and haters as well as he confronted Tweng regarding his bad note on Lil John.
Even other battle emcees of FlipTop went emotional during the said battle.
