Megaworld Corporation officially launched two additional office towers, Enterprise One and Enterprise Two, in Iloilo City.
The Enterprise One and Enterprise Two will offer around 78,000 square meters of office spaces. These new office towers will be applied for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification for its modern architecture.
According to Megaworld Premier Offices First Vice President Roland Tiongson, the demand for its office space “has been steadily growing the past years” in Iloilo Business Park.
As of this writing, Megaworld has almost 65,000 square meters of office spaces in eight buildings — One Global Center, Two Global Center, Richmonde Tower, One Techno Place, Two Techno Place, Three Techno Place, Festive Walk Office 1, and Festive Walk Office 2 — that were fully operational.
Moreover, the additional 35,000 square meters of office spaces — One Fintech Place A, One Fintech Place B, and Two Fintech Place — were currently under construction and were expected to be completed by next year.
