Vlogger Basel Manadil, popularly known as The Hungry Syrian Wanderer, was victimized by a scammer who stole P650,000 from him. Basel revealed that he had ordered packaging materials from an online e-commerce website for his restaurant, YOLO Retro Diner, but they never arrived despite him having paid the amount.
