Ogie Diaz has a ‘patama’ to people who owe him money
OGIE DIAZ – The talent manager and comedian chided anew people who still have not paid the money borrowed from him.
Ogie whose real name is Roger Diaz Pandaan is a comedian, actor, and vlogger. He is popularly known as “Pekto”, the name of his character in the long-running former television show Palibhasa Lalake.
His career started in 1987. At the time, he works as an assistant to Cristy Fermin.
Eventually, he became a writer during the early ’90s and later tried his luck in talent managing and acting at ABS-CBN. Some of his notable talent artists include actress Liza Soberano and formerly comedian Vice Ganda.
Recently, he went to the social networking site, Facebook wherein he shared his thoughts with people who still have not paid the money borrowed from him.
“Good morning! Pwera sa mga hindi marunong magbayad ng utang, pero nagpo-post ng mga luho!” he wrote.
Apparently, he did not name whom he’s chiding in his post whether he’s addressing it to a fellow celebrity or just an acquaintance.
Among those who owe money to Ogie is the wife of basketball player Terence Romeo, who was arrested earlier this year.
Beatrice Pia White, the wife of Romeo, was arrested by the Philippine National Police-Highway Patrol Group (PNP-HPG) for technical carnapping, estafa, and using a false name.
The wife of Terrence Romeo has been facing violations of Article 178 (Using fictitious name and concealing true name) and 294 (Robbery with violence against or intimidation of persons) of the Revised Penal Code, and Section 4 of Republic Act 10883 (Concealment of carnapping).
