Netizens Praises Hardworking PWD For Working Despite Disability
A hardworking PWD earns praises from the online community for showing his perseverance and working hard despite his disability.
A Facebook user named Ian Jasper Amanonce has shared the photos of a hardworking PWD vendor selling shaved ice. The photos are currently circulating online and earned reactions from the netizens.
In the photos, it can be seen that the deaf man is selling Milo shaved ice along España Boulevard in Sampaloc, Manila. The products come in three varieties with prices ranging from P20 up to P60.
The disabled guy’s cart has a tarpaulin informing the customers about his disability. “I am dead, if I don’t respond it is because I can’t hear you,” the note says.
Amanonce saw the vendor and took photos after he was moved by what he had witnessed. He also posted inspiring photos on Twitter on the same day with the aim to boost the latter’s sales.
“I see a lot of tweets and retweet saying they’ll buy to kuya if they saw him and some of them even share their experience with kuya,” Amanonce said.
The netizen expressed his gratefulness to the Facebook community for being helpful and kept on sharing positive vibes.
“That’s one of the thing I love about the Internet; if they see something that inspires them, they share it with others so other people will be inspired as well, Let’s keep this kind of internet-healthy-environment instead of sharing fake news, share something that is inspiring para angat buhay lahat,” Amanonce added.
