Hilarious moment when MJ Lastimosa gets mistaken as candidate of Miss Universe 2021
MJ LASTIMOSA – The beauty queen was hilariously mistaken as one of the candidates of Miss Universe 2021 held in Israel.
After days of sleepless nights, rehearsals, and acts in quest of Miss Universe crown, the newest queen of the highly anticipated pageant has been named.
Harnaaz Sandhu of India won the title besting 79 other candidates.
On the other hand, Paraguay’s Nadia Ferreira landed the first runner-up followed by Lalela Mswane from South Africa as the second runner-up
Apparently, the country’s bet Beatrice Luigi Gomez failed to reach the Top 3 after clinching only the Top 5.
This year’s pageant was attended by renowned personalities around the world and among those present in the audience is no other than Miss Universe Philippines 2014 MJ Lastimosa.
MJ joined Miss Universe Philippines pageant director Shamcey Supsup in the audience to show support to the country’s bet.
But during the coronation night held at the Red Sea Resort, MJ Lastimosa was hilariously mistaken as one of the candidates of Miss Universe 2021.
She took to the image/video-sharing platform, Instagram wherein she shared a clip from her Kumu Live wherein she shared the incident.
“Lalabas na ako pupunta na ako sa coaster ni Ms. O, hinabol ako ng adviser. ‘Where are you going? Where are you going? Where’s your sash?’ Gulat ako, akala niya candidate,” she said.
Her confession earns mixed reactions from the netizens.
