The investigation of the FDA has yet to uncover the information on PSG’s Sinopharm jabs in 2020, according to Domingo.
FDA Director-General Eric Domingo said that the investigation of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has yet to uncover the information on Presidential Security Group (PSG)’s Sinopharm jabs in 2020.
In a report on GMA News Online, Domingo said that the Food and Drug Administration has yet to receive any information from the Presidential Security Group as regards the Sinopharm COVID-19 vaccine doses the PSG received in 2020.
According to Domingo, the Food and Drug Administration and even Health Secretary Francisco Duque III had asked the Presidential Security Group for information on the Sinopharm COVID-19 vaccines given to its members.

The Food and Drug Administration gave compassionate use authorization to the PSG Hospital for the Sinopharm COVID-19 vaccine only in February 2021.
Domingo added that the information on the Sinopharm COVID-19 vaccines would be useful especially since a certain number of PSG members contracted COVID-19 last March 2021.
“Even Secretary Duque has asked for information but there’s really nothing forthcoming. It’s a very difficult situation and until now, hindi namin masarahan ang kaso na ito. We want to know what happened to them,” Domingo said.
