Longtime couple Gretchen Barretto and Antonio “Tonyboy” Cojuangco celebrated their 27th anniversary.
Tonyboy is 70 years old, while Gretchen is 50 years old.
On Tuesday, February 2, Gretchen posted on Instagram a video of her and Tonyboy while they were in front of the dining table at their house in Forbes Park Village in Makati City.
Their daughter Dominique Cojuangco, 25, was holding the camera while Gretchen and Tonyboy were questioned about their relationship.
Gretchen said with a sweet smile that she and Tonyboy have been together for “27 years.”
Dominique asked, “What’s your tip to everybody who wants to be together for that long?”
Tonyboy was the one who replied: “Always agree with the Mama. The Mama is always right.”
Gretchen laughed because she knew she was the one Tonyboy was referring to that should always be followed.
Gretchen previously described Tonyboy as a “perfect father” and “great provider”.
In 2019, Gretchen thanked her longtime partner for allowing her to retire early and to be able to experience the joy of being a “full-time mom” with their daughter Dominique.
Gretchen is a socialite-actress who was last seen in the movie The Trial and Kapamilya teleserye, Huwag Ka Lang Mawawala.
On the other hand, Tonyboy is a co-vice-chairman of the Okada Manila hotel. He is the president of All Seasons Hotel and Resort Corp. and director of Tiger Resorts Leisure and Entertainment which are all resort developer companies.
Tonyboy is also the chairman of the Cinemalaya Foundation and Ballet Philippines.
