LPG Companies Sets Increase on Prices of Liquefied Petroleum Gas for November 2020
Several LPG companies in the Philippines have announced price adjustments for petroleum products for the month of November 2020.
Over the past few months, a lot of people have been struggling with their finances due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic to the global economy. Millions of people have lost their source of income due to the health crisis.
The COVID-19 pandemic’s impact to the global economy also causes hike in prices of fuel and other basic commodities. Another increase in prices of basic needs would surely contribute to the burden of Filipino people struggling with their daily cost of living.
Some LPG firms announced that they will implement a price increase with the prices of liquefied petroleum gas starting November 1, 2020 (Sunday). The price hike is based per kilogram of LPG.
Phoenix LPG Phils.,Inc. would set P3.20 increase per kilogram of Phoenix Super LPG and P1.80 hike per liter of Auto LPG effective 12:01 on Sunday. Solane would also set P2.84 hike per liter of LPG.
On Friday (October 30, 2020), Petron has already announced a price increase with their LPG products.
