Arron Villaflor Condemns Illegal Distribution of Private Content
ARRON VILLAFLOR – The actor-politician addressed the leaked private video involving his name through an Instagram statement on March 10, 2026.
The statement came after unauthorized recordings of intimate content reportedly circulated online, allegedly including Villaflor. He clarified that his earlier statement on February 27 referred only to old clips from previous movie projects and not the newly circulated material. The recent coordinated release of alleged private footage is considered a serious criminal matter.
Villaflor’s management emphasized that recording and distributing private content without consent is illegal and a violation of Philippine law, specifically Republic Act No. 9995, which protects individuals from digital abuse and privacy violations. They highlighted that such acts are not only criminal but also damaging to the dignity of the individuals involved.

The actor-politician also condemned the use of private content against anyone, stressing that no one deserves to have their personal life weaponized or used for digital attacks. He pointed out that both as a citizen and a public servant, he opposes all forms of digital violence and the spread of intimate material without permission.
Villaflor’s team clarified that the matter has been referred to the proper authorities for investigation. They urged the public to allow the legal process to take its course, emphasizing that he will refrain from making further comments while the investigation is ongoing.
Earlier, Villaflor had spoken casually about scenes from his films on platforms like VMX, which were misrepresented online, but he stressed that the current issue involves new, unauthorized footage unrelated to past projects.

Meanwhile, Arron Villaflor first entered the entertainment industry as a contestant in the second season of Star Circle Quest, where he finished as runner-up, and later gained fame for his roles in films, TV series, and theater productions.
In acting, Villaflor has appeared in films such as Heneral Luna (2015), Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral (2018), and Pater Noster (2026), as well as numerous TV shows including Mara Clara, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, All of Me, and Maria la del Barrio. Aside from his entertainment career, Villaflor has also entered politics.
