Old Video of Alvin Aragon Doubting Being the Father of Izzy’s Child Resurfaces
An old video of Alvin Aragon questioning whether he was the father of his wife’s child has resurfaced, putting the former StarStruck contestant once again at the center of online criticism.
The clip, originally posted in February 2025, showed Alvin and his wife, Izzy Trazona, reflecting on key moments in their relationship during an anniversary celebration. One notable memory discussed was the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, when Izzy was pregnant with their third daughter while also recovering from the virus.
In the video, Alvin admitted that when Izzy showed him a positive pregnancy test, he initially doubted whether the child was his, explaining that her work commitments had her staying in hotels at the time. He later said he turned to prayer and reflection, trusting that the truth would reveal itself. His doubts were finally eased when their daughter was born, and he noticed a resemblance to himself. Izzy, meanwhile, appeared calm in the video and said she chose to give him space as he processed his emotions.

The resurfaced clip drew attention amid ongoing scrutiny of the couple. Alvin recently denied claims that he was the reason Izzy left the SexBomb Girls and did not join their reunion concerts. He clarified in a radio interview that Izzy had left the group in 2009, years before their marriage in 2012, after deciding to focus on her Christian faith.

Alvin also faced backlash for comments regarding Sofia, Izzy’s child from a previous relationship who identifies as a transgender woman. He cited his religious beliefs and biblical teachings, which sparked criticism online. Despite the controversy, he said he is willing to face public scrutiny if it protects his wife and noted that he had considered legal action against online critics, although Izzy did not support taking that step.
