Recently, Sangkay Janjan TV Official, a Facebook user, shared a video showing the situation of passengers inside the dilapidated bus. The post quickly went viral and received various reactions online.
According to the content creator, the bus was rented after clients were shown photos of a clean and modern vehicle online. However, when the bus arrived, it was already too late to back out because the group was rushing to attend an important event.
During the trip to Pampanga, passengers began to feel the intense heat inside the bus. The air-conditioning system was reportedly not working properly, making the ride uncomfortable and even dangerous.
Several children were seen crying because of the heat, while adults tried their best to endure the situation. Some passengers reportedly felt dizzy and close to fainting.
The alleged response of the bus rental company angered many netizens. Instead of offering immediate help or a replacement vehicle, the staff reportedly focused on demanding payment.
According to the post, passengers were pressured to pay or risk being stranded, as they were told the bus would not move without full payment.
On the return trip, the situation reportedly became worse when the driver was instructed to stop because payment issues were still unresolved. Despite repeated explanations about the unsafe condition inside the bus, passengers were left with no choice but to pay just to continue their journey.
Thankfully, everyone made it home safely, but the experience left a lasting impact on those involved. The content creator stressed that a large amount was paid for the rental, believing they would receive a safe and comfortable vehicle.
