Mother Upset w/ School After Son Suffers Bullying Incident

Mother Expresses Frustration w/ School For Allegedly Doing Nothing After Her Son Suffers Bullying

A mother expressed her frustration with the school where her child studies, saying it did nothing after the child was bullied.

Recently, Jenny Olimba, a Facebook user, shared photos of her son who suffered pencil stab wounds allegedly caused by fellow students. The post quickly went viral and drew various reactions online.

According to Olimba, her son came home complaining of pain in his shoulder. When she checked, she was shocked to see multiple puncture marks that appeared to be caused by a pencil.

Jenny said the wounds were deep enough to tear through his uniform, which only fueled her worry and anger. As any parent would, she felt heartbroken and furious that her child had to endure such harm while supposedly being safe at school.

The lady netizen also shared that this was not the first time her child experienced trouble in the classroom. She recalled a previous incident involving a bite mark, which was never properly addressed by the school.

Because of this, she felt even more disappointed that no teacher or staff member noticed what happened to her son despite the number of students inside the classroom.

After reporting the case to the barangay, her child was taken for medical attention and received a tetanus shot. When asked who hurt him, the child pointed to the person who administered the injection.

The mother questioned how her son could return home with several stab marks without anyone from the school noticing. She feared what could have happened if the injuries were closer to the eyes or neck, emphasizing that children’s safety should always be a priority.

In another post, the uploader explained that the situation had already been resolved between the families and the school. She clarified that she no longer wanted anger to escalate, especially now that actions were finally being taken to address what happened to her child.

The school agreed to install CCTV cameras inside the classroom to ensure better monitoring of students. She also shared that the teachers on duty during the incident would be held accountable, as part of the school’s effort to prevent similar incidents in the future.
