Rocco Nacino Calls Sarah Discaya ‘Walang konsensya’ Over Viral Gesture
ROCCO NACINO – The actor did not hold back his feelings about controversial contractor Sarah Discaya, who sparked public outrage after making a finger heart gesture at the Department of Justice (DOJ) on Saturday, September 27. Sarah and her husband, Pacifico “Curlee” Discaya, went to the DOJ to submit requirements for their application to the Witness Protection Program (WPP) as part of their cooperation in the ongoing investigation into anomalous flood control projects.
The Witness Protection Program provides safety and security for individuals facing threats to their lives due to their involvement in sensitive cases. However, being under the program does not automatically mean that the Discayas would be considered state witnesses.
Upon arriving at the DOJ, Sarah flashed a finger heart sign to reporters waiting outside for an interview. After spending more than three hours inside, she jokingly remarked to the media and netizens, “Gandahan n’yo ‘yong memes ko.”

Her behavior quickly drew criticism from the public, with many seeing it as a display of arrogance and insensitivity amid serious corruption allegations involving billions of pesos.
Rocco Nacino expressed his anger in the comment section of a GMA News report, saying, “Walang konsensya. Itim ng ugali, kasing itin [itim] ng nunal niya.” His statement quickly went viral, reflecting the growing public frustration over Sarah’s perceived lack of remorse.

Kapuso comedienne Pokwang also joined in the criticism. On her Instagram story, she shared a screenshot of Sarah’s finger heart gesture and humorously edited the photo by adding an image of feces and flies above Sarah’s hand. She captioned it, “gandahan daw ang memes??????? Hahahhaahaha.”

Meanwhile, DOJ spokesperson Mico Clavano confirmed that Sarah’s actions and remarks will be considered in evaluating their WPP application. Clavano emphasized that such behavior showed a lack of sincerity and seriousness, urging all individuals involved in the case to act respectfully and responsibly.
