Robby Tarroza Dares Jinggoy: Resign or Be Exposed
ROBBY TARROZA – The former matinee idol and commercial model has publicly confronted Senator Jinggoy Estrada, demanding that he resign amid the ongoing flood control corruption scandal. In a fiery Facebook post, Tarroza warned that if Estrada refuses to step down, he will expose what he calls the senator’s “double life,” claiming to have evidence that could damage both Estrada’s political career and personal life.
In his post, Tarroza alleged that Estrada was partly to blame for the breakup of his longtime relationship with businessman and former That’s Entertainment talent Joed Serrano. He accused Estrada of having a secret affair with Serrano during the 2004 presidential campaign of the late Fernando Poe Jr., a close friend of Estrada’s father, former President Joseph Estrada. Tarroza claimed he has proof of these allegations and hinted that Serrano himself could testify to confirm them if necessary.
Tarroza’s post quickly went viral, sparking intense discussions online. Many netizens were shocked by the deeply personal nature of his accusations, especially since they came at a time when Senator Estrada is already under heavy scrutiny over corruption allegations involving government infrastructure projects.

The controversy surrounding Estrada intensified after dismissed DPWH assistant district engineer Brice Hernandez testified before the House infrastructure committee. Hernandez accused Estrada of demanding a 30% cut, or “SOP,” from ₱355 million worth of flood control projects in Bulacan. He claimed he was merely following orders from then-DPWH district engineer Henry Alcantara, who allegedly gave the instructions on Estrada’s behalf.

Senator Estrada has strongly denied these accusations, calling them baseless and politically motivated. To prove his innocence, he even challenged Hernandez to take a public lie detector test. Despite the growing scandal, Estrada has yet to issue any response to Tarroza’s explosive claims about his alleged affair with Serrano and his so-called “double life.”
