Astronomer Investigates CEO and HR Head After Being Exposed for ‘Cheating’ at Coldplay Concert

Astronomer Opens Investigation Over Viral Coldplay Clip

ASTRONOMER – A tech company specializing in AI and data solutions has launched a formal investigation after a viral video from a Coldplay concert allegedly showed its CEO and Head of Human Resources together in a controversial moment.

The video, taken during a concert in Boston, featured a couple looking cozy on the big screen. As Coldplay’s lead singer Chris Martin joked about the couple, the man quickly ducked out of the frame while the woman turned away, sparking curiosity among fans and viewers.

Online users later identified the pair as Astronomer’s CEO, Andy Byron, and Chief People Officer, Kristin Cabot. The issue gained more attention when people noted that Byron is reportedly married to Megan Kerrigan Byron, while Cabot has been divorced since 2022. Soon, “Andy Byron” became a trending topic across social media platforms.

In response to the growing speculation, Astronomer released an official statement on LinkedIn, confirming that its Board of Directors has opened a formal investigation. The company emphasized its commitment to strong values and ethical leadership, stating that its leaders are expected to set high standards in both behavior and accountability. Astronomer also clarified that CEO Andy Byron has not made any personal statement regarding the incident, contrary to online claims.

The company also addressed a circulating rumor involving employee Alyssa Stoddard, who was wrongly believed to be seen in the video. Astronomer confirmed that Stoddard was not present at the concert and that no other company employees appeared in the video.

At present, Astronomer has assured the public and its stakeholders that the situation is being taken seriously, and updates will be provided as the internal investigation continues.
