A lady netizen brought laughter online after her bedroom accidentally looked like a hospital room due to a dark green curtain she bought.
Recently, Hazzel Natural, a Facebook user, shared photos of her room showing how her new curtains completely changed the mood of her space. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
Hoping for an elegant, cozy look, Hazzel bought dark green curtains she saw on a popular shopping app. But instead of giving a calm, stylish feel, the curtains made her room look like an emergency room.
The lady netizen admitted she was expecting a more “aesthetic” outcome based on the photo she saw online. But once the curtains were hung, she joked that it felt like someone was about to get treated behind them. The color and fabric reminded her of hospital dividers often used in ERs and wards.
Hazzel shared an update saying she had already ironed the curtains. She joked that at least now her room looked more like a private hospital room instead of an emergency bay. She also planned to add a white blackout curtain in the middle to tone down the hospital vibe because the room is very bright and sensitive to light.
In another post, she included the photo from the shopping app that convinced her to buy the curtains in the first place, just to give everyone peace of mind. She also joked that she was now waiting for her lunch ration just like in real hospital settings.

Update: plinantsa ko na. Awa ng Diyos mukha naman akong naupgrade sa private room. Plantsado rin naman raw kasi yung mga kurtina sa ospital. hanap na lang ako ng blackout na white curtain pangsiksik sa gitna. kasi sa bedroom to, sensitive sa liwanag. I know, vamfayr right? For now work from ER muna ang vibes natin. Hahaha
