The once-united supporters of the Dutertes and the Marcoses have separated following the controversial turn of events last March 11. Duterte’s arrest gained Pres. Marcos countless criticisms. Malacañang defended the President and the PH government saying that the government only acted on the arrest because of its commitment with the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol).
