Vitaly Zdorovetskiy’s Mother Appeals to Filipinos to Forgive Her Son

Mother of Vlogger Vitaly Zdorovetskiy Speaks Out

ELENA VULITSKY – The mother of controversial Russian-American vlogger Vitaly Zdorovetskiy has spoken out following the Philippine government’s decision not to deport her son. In an emotional statement, Elena appealed to the Filipino public for understanding and forgiveness, acknowledging her son’s mistakes and expressing deep regret over his recent actions in the country.

Despite Vitaly’s seemingly unapologetic behavior during his arrest and public presentation, Elena said she has taken full responsibility as his parent. She clarified that her son never intended to hurt anyone, especially the Filipinos who became part of his online pranks—including one where a local was threatened with a fake robbery.

“I want to be very clear: my son made a mistake, and he takes full responsibility. However, he meant no harm and deeply regrets his actions,” Elena emphasized.

She also revealed that Vitaly has been diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), which may have influenced his impulsive behavior. While not an excuse, she said it’s part of the bigger picture of what her son is going through.

Elena reminded the public that Vitaly didn’t visit the Philippines solely to pull pranks, but also to extend help to less fortunate communities. “The man behind the headlines is also a man of faith, generosity, and remorse.,” she said. She added that Vitaly has already lost his primary source of income—his online platform—and is now unable to support their small family, including his elderly grandmother and herself.

Vitaly is now expected to remain in the Philippines as he faces legal proceedings. Should he be found guilty, he could spend years, even decades, serving his sentence in the country. Elena ended her message with a humble plea for compassion and a second chance for her son.
