Campaign Billboard of Pastor Apollo Quiboloy Spotted in New York City
PASTOR APOLLO QUIBOLOY – A campaign billboard for the senatorial aspirant was seen in New York City, USA.
According to SMNI News, the billboard was part of an initiative by the Filipino community in New York to show their support for Quiboloy’s candidacy. In a Facebook post by Hakbang ng Maisug America, a group of Filipinos gathered at the iconic Times Square on February 9, along with the Patriotic Filipinos, to express their support for Quiboloy, fellow senatorial aspirant Atty. Vic Rodriguez, and other candidates from PDP-Laban.
The group extended their warm greetings and strong support, identifying themselves as “solid DDS” (Diehard Duterte Supporters) in New York. They also reaffirmed their backing for former President Rodrigo Duterte (FPRRD) and Vice President Sara Duterte. The post further expressed gratitude to overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and other Filipinos for their continued support and loyalty to both Duterte and Quiboloy, emphasizing unity within their political circle.

To recall, Pastor Apollo Quiboloy was taken into custody on September 8, 2024, following an arrest warrant issued by the Senate on March 19, 2024. His arrest stemmed from his refusal to participate in government investigations regarding alleged human rights violations. To expedite his capture, the Department of the Interior and Local Government placed a ₱10,000,000 (US$170,770) bounty on information leading to his arrest. Despite these legal issues, he remains a candidate for the Senate under the PDP-Laban party.
